Delivery Terms

The buyer places an order for goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The buyer has the option to make payment for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the buyer via email, corresponding to the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The seller ensures processing the order and sending of the goods within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment for the goods.

Orders are shipped internetionally using services of Omniva and Latvijas pasts.

Delivery time varies by region and can take from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the destination country.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately due to the nature of our product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

We do not cover shipping costs for returns. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to get started.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
